SHIPPING INFO:
We try to process all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow us 1-2 weeks to get your order in the mail! We appreciate everyone's patience with both us and the united states postal service.
All orders are sent through USPS-- domestic orders should arrive within 3-5 days from shipment date, but could take up to a week. All US orders include tracking!
International orders take longer, and regrettably I can't always provide tracking. Please allow up to two weeks for these orders to arrive!
If you place an order that contains a preorder item, the complete order will ship when that item is avaible. Sorry for the inconvenience-- if you need the items to be shipped separately, shoot me a message and we can work it out!
SHIPPING MATERIALS:
All orders ship in either cardboard mailers or yellow envelopes with chipboard. Prints are wrapped in eco-enclose plastic bags-- if you're able to, please recycle or reuse these materials!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
In the case of needing a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for any return shipping or new shipping costs incurred. Unless I goofed something with your original order! If your order is incorrect, lost, or damaged, please let me know.
